Utilizing the knowledge of barrel aging cultivated through Off Trail's beer brewing, the beer is aged in wooden barrels, a process also used for grain-based distilled spirits such as whiskey and genever.

Using botanical ingredients from beer such as hops and coriander, we maximize the aromatic components, primarily monoterpene alcohol, to create a new style of taste that is woody and refreshing.
