The classic beer "Far Yeast Tokyo IPA," which was lost, has been distilled and infused with "BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO"'s original blend of lightly roasted coffee beans, upcycled into a refreshing craft gin.
"Tokyo IPA" is carefully distilled twice in our own pot still in Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture, and has a rich sweetness derived from malt.
To match the citrus flavor of lemon, orange, grapefruit, and other fruits characteristic of the coffee beans used in the soaking, we added seven types of botanicals, including juniper berries, orange peel, and lemongrass.
Enjoy the complex flavors that emerge one after the other: roasted coffee aroma, caramel and chocolate notes, refreshing citrus aroma, and a slight berry flavor derived from the beans.
We also recommend adding a few drops to your regular coffee to enjoy the change in flavor.
