The Distiller's Choice series features gin made with beer and aged in wooden barrels. This time, the theme is the coexistence of barrel-derived flavors and botanicals, and the product is a blend of two types of gin aged for 32 months in whiskey barrels. The botanicals include juniper berries, as well as yuzu and sansho pepper, which add a refreshing and spicy flavor.
We recommend drinking it straight for a warm feeling, or with soda to bring out the botanical flavor.
