More than half of the distilled beer is a special edition from KAGUA. It is aged for 13 months in red wine barrels that have been used extensively at Off Trail. This craft gin has a multi-layered flavor, combining the fruity notes of the raw beer with the refreshing, spicy, and woody notes of juniper berries and yuzu.
Beer that was left unspent due to the COVID-19 pandemic was carefully distilled twice in our own pot stills, flavored with plenty of botanicals, and aged for 13 months in red wine barrels. The botanicals include juniper berries and yuzu, creating a refreshing aroma. More than half of the distilled beer is a special edition of KAGUA. It retains the fruity ester aroma of the original beer, resulting in a rich aroma. For aging, we used red wine barrels that have aged numerous beers from the Off Trail project. The rich aroma has been elevated to a complex, lingering finish. Enjoy the multifaceted flavors of the refreshing, spicy, and woody notes of juniper berries and yuzu, from top notes to the lingering finish.
