The fifth in the series, "epsilon," is blended with the theme of "balance built on delicacy."
By blending a 14-month-aged gin with floral botanicals as the main ingredient with a small amount of a shorter-aged gin with spice and herb characters, this barrel-aged gin has an exquisite balance of the delicate flavors of the ingredients. While Distiller's Choice has previously incorporated many of the distinctive flavors of wooden barrels, this latest release focuses on another aspect of aging: the change in botanical flavors.
