[About Suginami Brewery]
Suginami Brewery is a craft beer brewery aiming to open in Suginami Ward, Tokyo in the near future. It is made up of professionals from various fields, including beer pubs, marketing, programmers, accountants, and chefs, all of whom share the same passion for making delicious beer that will be loved by the local community.

This limited edition beer is the first brewed at our company's Genryu Brewery in Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture. It is a full-bodied Imperial IPA made with plenty of American hops, primarily Centennial.

Brewer's Tasting Note
The same yuzu peels used in "KAGUA" from Umaji Village, Kochi Prefecture, and "budo sansho" from Aridagawa Town, Wakayama Prefecture, were brought to the brewery and brewed. The yuzu (dried yuzu) was added directly to the fermentation tank, resulting in a saison-style beer with a gorgeous citrus aroma and a refreshing taste that is characteristic of Burnside Brewing.
