Message from the CEO
Nippon Craft Beer Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011 and is a small organization with four full-time employees. Although we are a "micro-enterprise," we work every day with a vision (much larger than our own means) of "spreading Japanese beer to the world."
"KAGUA," which began sales in 2012, is currently sold in 10 countries around the world. This year, we plan to sell our new beer, "Far Yeast," which was released last year, overseas. Currently, we outsource 100% of our production, but we are preparing to operate our own brewery in the future. Recently, craft beer has been getting more and more coverage in the media. With this trend in our favor, we plan to continue taking on more and more interesting challenges.
As we take on new challenges with this aggressive attitude, we have come to realize the need to firmly establish a foothold to jump even higher. Until now, our company did not have a full-time administrative staff member, and we had highly skilled people helping out part-time on a voluntary basis. Therefore, we are able to smoothly take over from our predecessor, but by moving to full-time work, we would like to see the new person take on new challenges rather than simply handing over the responsibilities.
In terms of benefits, we may not be as good as larger companies, but the craft beer industry is rapidly gaining attention around the world, so we believe we can provide employees with an opportunity to grow.
As we are a new company, new tasks arise all the time, and operational rules are being established as we go along. Although it is administrative work, I think the proportion of work that involves creating new ideas is greater than the fixed routine work. In that sense, I would like to work with people who enjoy change and growth.
