[News Release] Tokyo-themed craft beer brand "Far Yeast" releases limited edition "Tokyo IPA 2015"

Nippon Craft Beer Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shiro Yamada) will release Far Yeast Tokyo IPA 2015, a limited edition brew of its Tokyo-themed craft beer brand, on Monday, January 26, 2015.

"Far Yeast Tokyo IPA 2015" was born from the desire to deliver a satisfying, satisfying beer that can be enjoyed slowly during the cold season. Far Yeast's commitment to "high-quality Tokyo-esque aroma" is expressed using Belgian yeast and refreshing American hops. The alcohol content is 7.5% and the IBU* is 60. The result is a beer with a clean bitterness and gorgeous aroma. *IBU: International Bitterness Units. A measure of bitterness. A typical pilsner has an IBU of 30-40.

The product will initially be sold by the keg. Prior to the launch, the beer will be exhibited at the JAPAN BREWERS CUP FESTIVAL ( http://japanbrewerscup.jp/ ), which will be held in Yokohama from Friday, January 23rd, and will be unveiled at the venue.
