Nippon Craft Beer will be holding an event titled "Beer and Food Pairing Workshop presented by Far Yeast" at Roppongi Breaq on Thursday, October 16th.
"Marriage" goes a step further than "pairing," which seeks to find a combination that does not interfere with each other, and is an exquisite combination that creates a "third flavor" in the mouth. On the day, beer coordinator Yuichi Kumagai will be facilitating the event, and participants will explore the marriage of "Far Yeast" and "KAGUA" with food.
