Off Trail - Azeotrope Pickwick Papers / Recreating the oldest documented dog's nose!

Far Yeast Brewing Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture; President and CEO: Shiro Yamada) has teamed up with Fukushima, a Vtuber known for her diverse knowledge of alcohol culture who also runs the restaurants "European Bar Saketomeshito" and "Akihabara Idobata Liquor Store" under the pseudonym "Sakeizumi Riri," and Off Trail - Azeotrope, a gin brewery that applies beer brewing techniques to the production of gin. The company will release a limited edition "Off Trail - Azeotrope Pickwick Papers" on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.

"Off Trail - Azeotrope" was launched in 2021 as a spin-off project of the brand "Off Trail," which is committed to brewing beer using microorganisms, primarily through barrel aging (aging in wooden barrels). It is a crossover brand between beer and distilled spirits, leveraging the fermentation and barrel aging know-how cultivated through beer brewing to take on the challenge of creating innovative spirits and liqueurs.

This new gin is inspired by the "oldest documented dog's nose." Try pouring a dark beer over it to experience the taste of the 1830s and earlier. It can also be enjoyed in a modern way by pairing it with your favorite beer or other mixers. This product connects craft gin and craft beer.
