Far Yeast Brewing、熱海直営店を店名変更し「Far Yeast Atami」として 12月1日(金)にリニューアルオープン

Far Yeast Brewing will rename its Atami store to "Far Yeast Atami" and reopen on Friday, December 1st.

Far Yeast Brewing will be renaming its Atami, Shizuoka store "Yakiniku & Craft Beer den" and reopening it as "Far Yeast ATAMI" on Friday, December 1, 2023.

Atami is a resort area that can be reached in 90 minutes from Tokyo, or in under an hour by Shinkansen. In recent years, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has once again become a popular domestic travel destination.

While there are many restaurants that serve fresh seafood, Yakiniku & Craft Beer Den opened in May 2019 as a restaurant where you can enjoy our craft beers, including Far Yeast and KAGUA, as well as yakiniku made from Ozaki beef, a rare type of wagyu beef raised in Miyazaki Prefecture by Muneharu Ozaki. The restaurant is popular with both locals and tourists.

Four and a half years after opening, the store will be renamed and renovated to serve as a place where customers who visit Atami from various locations in search of fun can have more contact with Far Yeast Brewing, and where they can enjoy the ``food and beer pairing'' experience that is the theme of our directly operated stores.The store will begin operations as ``Far Yeast ATAMI'' from Friday, December 1, 2023.

To celebrate the reopening, we will be holding a beer fair from December 1st (Friday) to 5th (Tuesday). During the fair, we will be offering all sizes of ABS (Atami Sun Beach) Lager, the Atami store's original standard beer (brewed at the Tokyo Brewery), which was newly introduced this summer, at half price.

"ABS Lager" was developed in response to a frequent question from customers who visited the store: "Which beer goes well with yakiniku?" The refreshing citrus aroma, made solely with Citra hops, enhances the flavor of the original yakiniku sauce, made with lemon, apple, and many other fruits, as well as ginger, making the fatty Ozaki beef even more delicious.

We will continue to provide everyone with the delicious flavors and fun of craft beer that can only be found here in Atami, a place that attracts many people.

This restaurant offers a relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy our craft beers, including "Far Yeast" and "KAGUA," along with yakiniku ( grilled meat ) made from the legendary Ozaki beef* raised in Miyazaki Prefecture by Mr. Muneharu Ozaki. In addition to table seating, there are 10 counter seats available, making it suitable for a variety of occasions. There are eight types of beer on offer at all times, ranging from Far Yeast Brewing's standard beers to the latest limited edition and guest beers. We offer a wide selection of beers to bring out the full flavor of the meat.

*Ozaki beef is a type of Japanese Black beef raised by Muneharu Ozaki, who owns a ranch in Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture. Surrounded by quality water and nature, the beef is raised without stress, on a home-mixed feed that is free of antibiotics, preservatives, and meat-and-bone meal. It is sold in over 30 countries worldwide as a privately-branded beef. It is characterized by its light flavor and no heavy fat.
