Far Yeast Brewing has partnered with UNCHI Co., Ltd., a popular Osaka-based ramen restaurant operator, to grand open its first Kansai-based store, "TAKAHIRO RAMEN x Far Yeast Osaka," in front of JR Fukushima Station on Monday, November 21, 2022.

Far Yeast Brewing collaborates with UNCHI, the company behind "All Humans Are Noodles"
"TAKAHIRO RAMEN x Far Yeast Osaka" will be our fourth directly operated store in Japan, following stores in Tokyo, Shizuoka/Atami, and Fukuoka, and our first in the Kansai area. Those who live or work in Osaka, or those in the greater Kansai region visiting Osaka on business or vacation, can enjoy our regular and limited edition beers from our core brands , such as "Far Yeast" and "KAGUA," at any time.
At their Tokyo store, they serve grilled dishes, and at Atami, they serve yakiniku with beer, but this time the Osaka store is proposing "ramen x craft beer." They have teamed up with UNCHI Co., Ltd., the operator of Osaka's ramen restaurant "Jinrui Mina Menrui," which has long lines of customers, to create a new style of store where you can enjoy exquisite ramen produced by popular restaurants along with craft beer.
The ramen they offer, "Takahiro Ramen #01," is characterized by its chewy noodles made with whole wheat flour, the same as "Jinrui Mina Menrui." The soup is a soy sauce ramen with healthy flavored oils made with flaxseed oil and perilla oil. They plan to add more ramen to their menu in the future.
Other dishes on the menu include gyoza, Asian nachos, and chicken wings, all of which go perfectly with beer.
We have 23 taps of beer on tap, offering our regular beers as well as over 100 varieties of domestic and international guest beers. You can also order craft gin from our distilled spirits brand, "Far Yeast - Azeotrope."
It can be used for a variety of purposes and occasions, such as a counter-style ramen restaurant, a craft beer bar, or a bottle shop stocking rare craft beers.

■ Combining it with ramen, a dish Japan is proud of, is attracting inbound tourists.
Ramen and craft beer is a combination you don't see very often elsewhere, but it's a business model that our company has wanted to try for some time.
For foreign visitors to Japan, the typical Japanese food used to be sushi and tempura, but in recent years, with the boom in Japanese ramen overseas, the situation has changed, and the perception that Japanese food = ramen has become widespread and established.
Since our founding, we have valued a global perspective and have worked with partners around the world to deliver beer to countries around the world, so Japanese ramen, which is attracting worldwide attention, is an extremely attractive product for us.We have decided to open this store with an eye on inbound tourism to Osaka, which is expected to fully recover in the future, and with an eye on future overseas store expansion.
We will spread the joy of craft beer, which has a wide range of appeal, and food that pairs well with beer from Kansai.

In recent years, he has developed an authentic soy sauce ramen that does not require cooking the soup, and has launched a new brand called "Jinmen," which can collaborate with any store by eliminating the need for a pot required for ramen stores.
