As the brand communication manager for "KAGUA," which was launched in March 2012, you will be tasked with effectively communicating the appeal of the product to customers (consumers and business partners) and establishing the brand through communication. You will be responsible for planning and implementing various measures to build the brand.Our brand communication work is not glamorous like the ones proposed by consultants, but rather involves repetitive, unglamorous tasks.We aim to create brands that will be loved for a long time by steadily accumulating long-term work, such as communicating with each and every customer.
Specific job duties include the following:
- Public Relations/PR
- Press release creation
- Media communication and interview response
- Website updates (using CRM)
- PR activities using social media
- Sales promotion
- Sales support for department stores and restaurants
- Event planning and management
- Planning and execution of promotional campaigns
- Direct (EC) sales operations
- Planning, customer service, delivery instructions, etc.
Required skills, knowledge and experience
- Required Skills
- Ability to take ownership of work and fulfill responsibility
- Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese

Salary
Fixed salary system, monthly salary 280,000 to 450,000 yen*Determined based on experience and ability

Japan Craft Beer Co., Ltd. is a fairly new company, founded in 2011, and we are in the midst of a whirlwind start-up period where every day is a whirlwind.Kagua, which first went on sale in 2012, is still in its infancy, but has become a beer known among those in the know, sold in Michelin-starred restaurants and top hotels overseas, such as The Peninsula Hong Kong.
The position of Brand Communications Manager that we are recruiting for has the very important mission of making "KAGUA" known to more people and increasing its value.
In terms of benefits, the company may not be as good as well-known large companies, but I think it is a workplace where you can gain valuable experience that can only be had in the early stages of a company's founding.
We are a small team of six people, including two full-time staff members including myself, and some colleagues who help out on a voluntary basis, but each member has outstanding abilities in their own field, and I believe we can provide an opportunity for growth.
We have also received small amounts of investment from angel investors and venture capitalists with a proven track record. Unlike internet companies, it takes time for a business to grow, so we haven't set a specific target of "going public by a certain year," but we would like to become a company that can continue to grow for over 100 years, so naturally we are considering an IPO as a stepping stone to that goal.
