Far Yeast Brewing, a brand that strives to brew innovative beers, will release "Off Trail Recurring Dreams" to the general public on Saturday, April 23, 2022, with early sales starting at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 19 on its official online store.

■ Inspired by the highly acclaimed 2021 film "Hops and Dreams" "Off Trail Hops and Dreams," released in August 2021, was the beer released in last year's Off Trail series that received the highest ratings from beer fans on the beer review site Untappd. "Off Trail Recurring Dreams," like last year's "Off Trail Hops and Dreams," is a dry-hopped sour made with a variety of hops and a barrel-aged blonde sour ale.

"Recurring Dreams" refers to dreams that repeat. Even if you have the same dream over and over again, it may seem similar to the dream you had before, but there's something a little different about it. This work is similar to that, recreating "Hops and Dreams," but because the hops and base beer used are different, the taste and aroma are slightly different.

■ A sour and fruity taste like fruit juice <br>This beer is a blend of several beers, the longest of which has been aged in wooden barrels for approximately two and a half years. Furthermore, to complement the sourness and create a complex flavor, Australian acidic hops "Vie Secret" and "Galaxy," which have tropical and citrus characters, are used as dry hops.

The body is light and dry, with a crisp finish and a touch of funkiness. The overall acidity is well-balanced, with flavors like pineapple and passion fruit, making it almost like drinking fruit juice. The fruity flavor is created solely through the power of the base beer and hops, without the addition of any secondary ingredients.
