"Far Yeast BICYCLE COFFEE IPA 2020," a limited edition beer brewed in collaboration with BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO, is back again this year.

Starting Monday, March 16, 2020, we will be releasing a limited-edition collaboration beer with BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO, a natural roastery based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The beer is called "Far Yeast BICYCLE COFFEE IPA 2020."

"Far Yeast BICYCLE COFFEE IPA" is a Belgian IPA-based coffee IPA that uses coffee beans from "BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO," a roastery based in the San Francisco Bay Area, for flavor and aroma.

Since its launch in 2017 as the first collaboration with BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO, the series has been so well-received that new products have been released every year. This year, it will be back with the release of Far Yeast BICYCLE COFFEE IPA 2020 .

This year's "Far Yeast BICYCLE COFFEE IPA 2020" is a special blend of dark roast coffee from Guatemala and Ethiopian coffee beans, which are usually used in BICYCLE COFFEE's blends, in a carefully selected ratio. You can enjoy the espresso-like aroma of the dark roast and the sweet aroma of the Ethiopian coffee beans. In addition, compared to the previous release, the recipe has been designed to allow you to enjoy the aroma and bitterness of the hops in the base IPA even more, and the steeping time has also been carefully considered.
