限定醸造「Far Yeast Peach Brut」を発売

Limited edition "Far Yeast Peach Brut" released

Starting Wednesday, March 27, 2019, craft beer brand Far Yeast will be releasing its limited edition brew, Far Yeast Peach Brut .

"Far Yeast Peach Brut" is a hybrid style that combines the characteristics of ale and lager. It uses peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture and has a "Brut" (dry) finish.

This product uses peaches from Peach Senka Yamashita (Head Office: Yamanashi City, Yamanashi Prefecture; CEO: Kazuhiro Yamashita), the peach farmer who operates the popular Peach Farm Cafe La Pesca in Yamanashi City, which also uses the same peaches in our limited edition brews "Far Yeast Peach Citrus Gose" (released January 2018), "Far Yeast Peach Nightcrawler" (released March 2018), and "Far Yeast Peach Weiß" (released November 2018). Peach Senka Yamashita's peaches are grown using "special farming methods" that harness the power of nature to maximize the fruit's natural flavor.

"Last year we produced Far Yeast Extra Brut IPA , and we thought that this brewing method and taste would go extremely well with a fruit beer. This time, we created a Fruit Brut using peaches. When you put it in your mouth, the aroma of peach gently fills your lungs. It's the perfect drink for this season when cherry blossoms and peach blossoms are in bloom."

The product will be available in two types: keg and bottle. The keg will be pre-opened at the Far Yeast Brewing Tap Takeover event to be held at Four Hearts Cafe (Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture) on Thursday, March 21st (national holiday). Both the keg and bottle will then be available nationwide from Wednesday, March 27th.

We will continue to introduce new items such as limited edition brews, and aim to provide products that will please many people in a variety of everyday situations.
