Limited edition "Far Yeast BICYCLE COFFEE IPA 2019" released

Starting Thursday, February 14th, 2019, we will be releasing Far Yeast BICYCLE COFFEE IPA 2019, a limited edition brew from the craft beer brand Far Yeast, as our third collaboration beer with BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO, a natural roastery based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

"Far Yeast BICYCLE COFFEE IPA 2019" is a Belgian IPA-based coffee IPA flavored with coffee beans from BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO , a roastery based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The first collaboration , "Far Yeast BICYCLE COFFEE IPA," released in October 2017, is a blend (two fruity Guatemalan coffees with different roast levels, and one sweet Ethiopian coffee), while the second collaboration , "Far Yeast BICYCLE COFFEE IPA Medium Roast" and "Far Yeast BICYCLE COFFEE IPA Dark Roast," released in May 2018, use two single-origin coffees from different farms and roasted differently.
The third collaboration, "BICYCLE COFFEE IPA 2019," is flavored with a special blend of two types of Guatemalan coffee - a freshly roasted light roast with a refreshing fruitiness and a fragrant medium roast - and Ethiopian coffee, characterized by its strawberry-like sweetness. Compared to the previous release, the fresh aroma of the coffee is more prominent, with an earthy flavor.

Although the product name "BICYCLE COFFEE IPA" is the same, the coffee beans used change each time depending on the farm, variety, and harvest time, so we hope you enjoy discovering the slight differences.

The product will be available in both kegs and bottles. It will be first available at Far Yeast Tokyo Craft Beer & Bao and BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO on Thursday, February 7th. Both kegs and bottles will then be available nationwide from Thursday, February 14th, 2019.

We will continue to introduce new items such as limited edition brews, and aim to provide products that will please many people in a variety of everyday situations.
