Far Yeast Brewing releases "Far Yeast Fresh Hop Saison," its first limited edition beer made with fresh hops

Far Yeast Brewing Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shiro Yamada) will release the limited edition "Far Yeast Fresh Hop Saison ."
"Far Yeast Fresh Hop Saison" is a wheat saison ale that uses "IBUKI" hops harvested in 2018 from Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture for dry hopping. This is the company's first beer to use fresh hops.
Based on the recipe of the company's standard product, "Far Yeast Tokyo White," the alcohol content has been increased by 1.5%. It has a dry finish while maintaining its high drinkability. It features a banana-like aroma from "Jarrylo" hops and a refreshing, grassy aroma from "IBUKI" hops.
This product will only be available in barrels and is scheduled to go on sale nationwide from early October. It will also be available at the GINZA de FRESH HOP FEST, which will be held from October 6th (Sat) to 8th (Mon, national holiday).
