<Summary of sales launch in Hong Kong and Singapore> In order to realize the mission of Japanese craft beer, "Deliver the best beer throughout the world, to as many people as possible," we will begin full-scale overseas expansion, starting with sales in Hong Kong and Singapore in September 2012. In each case, we have signed contracts with prominent local sales partners, and plan to sell to Japanese restaurants that can utilize the "KAGUA" concept in addition to the partners' customer base. Furthermore, we will make effective use of the network of Fergus Fung, founder of Hong Kong's best-selling restaurant guide "WOM Guide," which was the recipient of a third-party allocation of new shares in June 2012, and will also implement effective marketing, sales and promotions to expand sales.
