Limited edition brew "Far Yeast Peach Citrus Gose" released

Craft beer brand Far Yeast will be releasing a limited edition brew, "Far Yeast Peach Citrus Gose," on Thursday, April 5, 2018.
"Far Yeast Peach Citrus Gose" is a fruit gose made with peach puree from Yamanashi Prefecture, three types of citrus fruits (banpeiyu, yuzu, and hassaku), and salt.
The peach puree used is from Peach Senka Yamashita (head office: Yamanashi City, Yamanashi Prefecture; CEO: Yamashita Kazuhiro), a peach farmer who also runs the popular Peach Farm Cafe La Pesca in Yamanashi City, and was also used in "Far Yeast Peach Nightcrawler."
The largest Banpeiyu can reach a diameter of approximately 25cm, making it one of the largest citrus fruits in the world. Over 95% of Banpeiyu in Japan is produced in Kumamoto Prefecture, and Far Yeast Peach Citrus Gose uses Banpeiyu from Yatsushiro, Kumamoto Prefecture, one of the most famous Banpeiyu producing areas.
In addition to the generous use of three types of citrus fruits, the use of Citra and Mosaic hops adds a citrus flavor derived from the hops, resulting in a new fruit gose with a balanced sweetness and acidity.

Both kegs and bottles are scheduled to go on sale nationwide from Thursday, April 5th.
