"Japanese Citrus Saison," a collaboration beer with Burnside Brewing Co. (Portland), is now on sale!

In January 2017, two of us, including our CEO, Yamada, visited Portland, Oregon, USA, where we brewed a collaborative beer with Burnside Brewing Co. The beer will be on sale from April 3rd!
"Far Yeast Brewing x Burnside Brewing Japanese Citrus Saison" was brewed in Portland using yuzu peel from Umaji Village, Kochi Prefecture, and budo sansho pepper from Aridagawa Town, Wakayama Prefecture, both of which are used in "KAGUA." The yuzu (dried yuzu) was added directly to the fermentation tank, giving the beer a vibrant citrus aroma, and the refreshing taste that is characteristic of Burnside Brewing.
