Far Yeast evolves its flavor by adjusting its recipe with each brew. Their award-winning Tokyo White 12th Edition is dry-hopped with Citra, while their FINAL CUT Session Ale is dry-hopped with Mosaic. The next batch of FINAL CUT, which has been well-received, is currently in the works. The release date will be announced shortly.
About "Far Yeast"
The company was founded in April 2014 with the concept of creating a beer that symbolizes Tokyo, based on the idea that "as a craft beer company based in Tokyo, we want to create a beer that can spread the appeal of Tokyo to the world, a city that we can be proud of."
Based on the theme of "Tokyo," a vibrant city that blends tradition with cutting-edge technology and evolves every day, our beer is brewed at a domestic contract brewery using an original recipe (mixture) designed by our company.
They offer three varieties: the lager-style "Tokyo Blonde," the saison-style "Tokyo White," and the lager-style "Tokyo Blonde - Export" for overseas export.
