About the yeast in beer
KAGUA is made by secondary fermentation in the bottle, with beer yeast settling inside the bottle. Brewer's yeast is rich in B vitamins and minerals, so we hope you will enjoy drinking it. There are two main ways to enjoy it. Serve according to your preference.- Let the yeast settle and enjoy the clear supernatant (recommended)
Pour into a glass, making sure that the yeast that has settled at the bottom of the bottle does not float to the top.
Leave about 1cm from the bottom.
In Belgium, the final drink is the yeast remaining at the bottom of the bottle, poured into a shot glass. - Before opening, turn the bottle upside down to circulate the yeast (optional).
The yeast that had settled will be mixed well with the whole, so the transparency will decrease and the appearance will become cloudy.
