Otomo no Osake/Beer produced with the theme of sake x beer!

Far Yeast Brewing (Headquarters: Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture; CEO: Shiro Yamada; hereinafter referred to as "Our Company") will begin selling a limited quantity of "Otomo no Osake" from Wednesday, June 11th. The drink was produced in collaboration with Sapporo Breweries using Association No. 9 yeast and white koji, which are used in sake brewing, and is based on the theme of sake x beer, with the aim of pairing it with food.

This product uses sake yeast and white koji, which are used in sake brewing, as ingredients, and incorporates elements of alcoholic beverages other than beer flavor.
The hops used are Sorachi Ace, which gives the brewer a woody flavor and a refreshing taste.
This is a hybrid beer that allows you to enjoy the elements of both sake and beer, and is designed to pair well with food.

"Otomo no Osake" will be available in limited quantities from June 11th.
