About this product: This product was planned and developed by university students as part of Chuo University's Social Entrepreneurship Program, a class that teaches product development that utilizes local resources. Staff from the NPO Tama Genryu Kosuge serve as guest lecturers for the class, teaching about Kosuge Village's resources and product development know-how. Each product is handcrafted by artisans living in Kosuge Village who work in front of the Studio Field, and is designed to enhance the taste of Far Yeast Brewing's craft beers and spirits.
