This juicy IPA is bursting with fruity and tropical aromas, made using a scientific approach to maximize the hop aromas.
The craft beer landscape has been changing rapidly in recent years.
In this context, we have been actively interacting with hop suppliers both in Japan and overseas, and have been conducting research and putting our efforts into practice, including purchasing hops directly from producers, in order to create a beer that will set a new standard for the future.
Using the lessons and discoveries we gained during this process, we have now taken on the challenge of brewing beer based on the latest hop theory.
Recent research is focused on analyzing the aromatic compounds found in hops.
In particular, we focus on "Survivables" - compounds that remain intact through the brewing process and contribute to the aroma of the finished beer. We explore in depth how to use hops, focusing on methodologies for effectively extracting aromas on the hot side and "biotransformation," the generation of new aromatic compounds that occurs when hop components come into contact with yeast.
We have created Juicy IPA, which maximizes the various aromatic components that have been difficult to extract until now, allowing you to "discover a fragrance you've never experienced before."
This new standard beer inherits the core of the Far Yeast brand, which is a clean, refined taste and quality that will satisfy both beer fans and novices, while delivering the latest in craft beer.
