A sweet and rich Bourbon Barrel Aged Barley Wine, aged for 8 months in bourbon barrels.
"OBEDIENCE" is a companion to the previous film, "BETRAYAL."
Barley Wine is something every brewer dreams of at least once. In fact, this product was being planned at the same time as the Imperial Stout "BETRAYAL." Since "BETRAYAL" was brewed first, we used the lessons learned from that experience to refine our brewing process. We adopted a technique called "Polygyle," which recovers a lot of sugar by using the wort (wort) with a high sugar content from the first mash as the mash water for the second mashing, and were able to extract a rich, rich wort. The boiling time was about 10 hours in total. This beer is even crazier than "BETRAYAL."
Blender's Note: OBEDIENCE - Submission may seem logical, but it's an easy choice and the death of the soul. A brilliant, vibrant garnet red with a heavy, thick leg. Caramel, vanilla-like sweetness and a heavy whiskey finish. The mouthfeel is very mellow, pleasant, and heavenly, but once swallowed, the hellish alcohol burns deep in your belly, like burning rage against oppression.
