■Two years of prototyping! A color and flavor reminiscent of cherry blossoms
Mount Fuji is Japan's most iconic mountain, and this beer is reminiscent of that mountain.
Because it is extremely difficult to achieve the cherry blossom color, we chose malts with a light color and hops with relatively mild aromas, such as Citra, Saaz, and Nelson Sauvin, to match the image of cherry blossoms. We also used cherry blossom extract and sweet potato-derived coloring to express the flavor.
It took two years to develop, and when you close your eyes and drink it, your favorite cherry blossom scene will come to mind... Enjoy the arrival of spring with Sakura Session IPA, which is both visually stunning and has a subtle cherry blossom flavor!
