This is a hazy-style fruit pale ale made with plenty of peaches from Peach Senka Yamashita, a peach farmer in Yamanashi City.
It was launched in July 2020 as the first product of the "Yamanashi Support Project," which collaborates with local Yamanashi producers to promote the charms of Yamanashi through beer. Since then, it has been brewed and sold every year, and is a popular product that always sells out immediately. As a brewery in Yamanashi, a major peach producing region, it aims to continue delivering delicious peach-based products to fans, and has positioned it as a spring/summer staple since 2022.
Fresh peach pale ale The peach used this time is "Hikawa Hakuho"
It is known as a branch variation of Hakuho, a peach variety discovered in Yamanashi Prefecture.
The skin is a beautiful deep red, and the flesh is white, juicy, and smooth.
The taste is less sour and more sweet.
This time, we've added hops like Idaho 7 and Bravo to create a tropical, juicy flavor that will allow you to fully enjoy the natural aroma of peach in Peach Haze.
■Enjoy it in a variety of ways 1. If you pour it directly into a glass, the first half will have a clear, fresh taste, and the second half will become cloudy and develop a rich peach flavor, so you can enjoy it twice with one can.
2. Resist the urge to drink the can upside down for about 2 minutes, and wait for about 2 minutes with the can upside down.
