To celebrate Far Yeast Brewing being selected as the Country Champion at the Asia Beer Championship 2023, the company will be releasing a limited edition beer called "Far Yeast Fairest Lady" in collaboration with fellow Country Champions Brewer Brewer Brewrerkz of Singapore and Deadman Brewery of Hong Kong , on Tuesday, July 16th, 2024.
■ Triangle collaboration with leading breweries from Asian countries
The Asia Beer Championship is an international beer competition in which breweries from all over Asia, from Jordan to Japan, participate. There are 32 categories, with Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals awarded in each category. The brewery with the most medals from each country is awarded the "Country Champion" title, and the Chairman's Selection is awarded to the highest-quality beer that meets the required standards.
At a ceremony held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on October 20th last year, seven of our products won awards in five categories*, and we were selected as the prestigious "Country Champion of Japan."
This collaboration is an attempt by Brewerkz (Singapore), Deadman Brewery (Hong Kong), and Far Yeast Brewing (Japan), who were awarded the "Country Champion 2023" title at the Asia Beer Championship 2023, to brew each other's award-winning beers.

■ American pale ale made with products from Yakima Chief Hops®︎'s hop innovation program "FWD "
The three companies participating in this triangular collaboration are not only the country champions of the Asia Beer Championship 2023, but also participants in Yakima Chief Hops®'s new hop innovation program , " FWD . " This time, each company took on the challenge of brewing beer using the latest, yet-to-be-commercialized products provided by "FWD . " Our company chose to pay homage to "Mirror Mirror," a classic beer from Hong Kong's Deadman Brewery, which won gold in the American Pale Ale category at the same competition .
Based on the recipe of "Mirror Mirror," we used the Flagship yeast used in our standard products and the latest hop oil currently in development, Idaho 7-701 Hop Oil, provided by "FWD," to brew an American pale ale with a harmonious blend of tropical and stone fruit aromas and a mild malt flavor and bitterness.
Our Hop Frontier -Juicy IPA-, which won the Gold Award in the New England/Hazy IPA category and the Champion IPA of ASIA award, is brewed at Brewerkz in Singapore.
" Far Yeast Fairest Lady " will be available for purchase in limited quantities on the Far Yeast Brewing official web store from 12:00 on Tuesday, July 16th. Purchases made on the official web store will be shipped sequentially from Wednesday, July 10th to beer bars, restaurants, and liquor stores nationwide.
