・Date specification is not possible as it takes several days for delivery ・Delivery boxes that do not support refrigeration are not accepted ・This is not a gift, so additional services are not available ・If you are unable to receive the item for your own reasons, it will not be re-delivered (as it cannot be refrigerated and will be disposed of)

■About the labeling of happoshu (low-malt beer) (different from commercially available happoshu!)
Beer is required to have a malt ratio of 50% or more, but if any secondary ingredients other than those specified by the government are used, it will be labeled as a happoshu (low-malt beer).
Therefore, although many of our products are made from beer, in many cases we have to label them as happoshu due to the secondary ingredients.
■ In the sugars used as raw materials (not to make them sweet!)
A small amount of yeast and sugar is added to the beer to promote secondary fermentation, which creates a soft carbonation and rich flavor similar to champagne.
At the same time, the oxygen inside the can or bottle is consumed during the fermentation process, which has the effect of extending the shelf life of the product.
(It eats oxygen and turns it into alcohol and carbon dioxide.)
