Giving new life to still-edible bananas
Far Yeast Banana Brew was born from a joint project between the ANA Group and Far Yeast Brewing.
Bananas that were carefully grown at Tanabe Farm in Ecuador, South America, but did not meet the standards, have been reborn with a new flavor using Far Yeast Brewing's brewing techniques.
This project was born from the ANA Group's employee proposal system, "Gattsuri Hiroba." It was started by employees working on the front lines, such as flight attendants, aircraft mechanics, and communicators, with the desire to "add new value to food that is still edible."
A drink that connects thoughts <br>Far Yeast Banana Banana Brew is the result of the combined passion of many people: producer Tanabe Farm, the ANA employee who launched the project, and Far Yeast Brewing, which was responsible for brewing the beer.
Each can contains the equivalent of a whole banana. The gorgeous aroma of the yeast and the rich flavor of the banana combine to create a unique flavor that changes over time. The subdued bitterness makes this a great beer for those who don't usually drink beer. It's the perfect treat for yourself or as a gift for someone special.
