■The limited edition flavor "Yuzu Lemon White" is based on Far Yeast White and is made from Japanese yuzu, which is the top citrus fruit in terms of both production and consumption in Japan.
We use yuzu from Fujikawa Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, and combine it with lemon, which is also in season in winter.
The citrus aroma of yuzu and the pleasant acidity of Far Yeast White create a well-balanced finish that gives off a spicy and fruity aroma.
