Mid-career recruitment
Experience in beer or alcoholic beverage production is preferred.

Message from the Chef
Both the kitchen and hall are staffed with cheerful people, making it a lively workplace.
The head chef and kitchen staff are an ambitious team working on the ambitious theme of beer pairings, so it's a great environment for them to hone their culinary skills. In addition to their regular customer service duties, the wait staff can learn about beer and quality control methods.
In addition to Far Yeast's standard products and 22 taps of draft craft beer sourced from Japan and abroad, we also carry canned and bottled products, so you can experience and deepen your understanding of a wide variety of beers.
This is a unique store that has small-scale beer brewing equipment on the premises and serves beer made on-site. The brewing staff are basically stationed in the store, so you can work very close to the production site. There are also tours and training sessions at the head brewery in Yamanashi, so it's a great environment to learn about beer.
