Far Yeast Brewing (Headquarters: Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture; CEO: Shiro Yamada; hereinafter referred to as "Our Company") will begin selling a limited quantity of "BACK TO RIVER Echo" on Tuesday, July 22nd. The beer was produced in collaboration with Trailheads with the aim of increasing support for the "BACK TO RIVER" project, an awareness-raising activity to protect river headwaters across Japan, and spreading the activity.

■The third beer to enjoy with river-loving friends!
This outdoor beer is based on the concept of "quiet nature and the lingering echoes of the echoes," perfect for enjoying with friends who love the river.
BACK TO RIVER
It was started with the aim of expressing gratitude to all those involved in protecting nature, increasing the number of sympathizers, and spreading the movement. Following the first installment released in June 2023 and the second in October of the following year, we are now releasing the third installment, "BACK TO RIVER Echo."
The third release, "BACK TO RIVER Echo," is a refreshing and light Saison beer. Made with New Zealand hops "Nelson Sauvin," it has a refreshing, fruity aroma reminiscent of white grapes and a clean, dry finish.
Spending time in the quiet of nature
The fragrance and lingering aftertaste spread softly, like the sound of birds or water suddenly catching your ear, or an echo echoing in the distance.
This is a piece that you can enjoy lightly while feeling the breeze in nature during the hot summer season.
It's the season when a cold beer tastes even better in the heat, so we hope you'll enjoy "BACK TO RIVER Echo" as well.
"BACK TO RIVER Echo" will be available in limited quantities from July 22nd.

BACK TO RIVER
This project was launched with the desire to "protect the headwaters of Japan together with fellow nature lovers." We believe that time spent playing in nature is important, so we have been thinking about how we can continue to enjoy and protect rivers in the future, and our activities are based on the theme of "connecting people with rivers, irrigating them, and circulating them," rather than just playing around.
A portion of the sales of this product will be donated to activities to protect rivers and the natural environment.
