The latest version of "Far Yeast" Tokyo Blonde, "6th Edition", is now available.

Far Yeast evolves its recipe with each brew under the concept of "a gorgeous beer that symbolizes Tokyo, evolving daily while blending tradition and cutting-edge elements." The 6th edition of Tokyo Blonde features an increased amount of aroma hop Nelson Sauvin, resulting in an even more gorgeous aroma. It also has a slightly more bitter taste than the previous 5th edition, aiming for a better balance between the gorgeous aroma and pleasant bitterness. Also, starting with this edition, it is brewed unfiltered, allowing for a more natural brewing process that directly conveys the fresh appeal of the beer. The result is a "light lager" style with a hazy color derived from the yeast.

As we plan to change the aroma hops from the next edition, the 6th edition of Tokyo Blonde will be the final Nelson Sauvin Tokyo Blonde, a culmination of Nelson Sauvin's Tokyo Blonde, just like the current 4th edition of Tokyo White.

The 6th edition of Tokyo Blonde is currently being shipped in barrels, with bottles scheduled to ship from mid-February onwards.
