The latest version of Far Yeast Tokyo White, the 4th edition, is now available.

Now, with the new year upon us, Far Yeast's Tokyo White has completed its latest edition, the "4th Edition." This 4th Edition Tokyo White uses roughly double the amount of Nelson Sauvin aroma hops and reduced residual sugar, pursuing an even greater aroma and crispness than the 3rd Edition. Since we will be using different aroma hops from the next edition, the 4th Edition will be the "culmination of Nelson Sauvin's Tokyo White."

Tokyo White 4th Edition is currently being shipped in barrels, with bottles to be shipped after January 16th.

Tokyo Blonde continues to ship its fifth edition. Enjoy its smooth, easy-to-drink flavor, with a balanced, elegant aroma and pleasant bitterness.
