[Far Yeast Latest Edition] Tokyo Blode 5th Edition and Tokyo White 3rd Edition bottles are now on sale!

The latest version of "Far Yeast," which has been well received since its release in April, is now available.
One of Far Yeast's defining features is that they evolve their recipes with each brew, based on the concept of "a gorgeous beer that symbolizes Tokyo, evolving every day while blending tradition and cutting edge technology." After just over six months, Tokyo Blonde has reached its fifth edition, and Tokyo White its third.

Tokyo Blonde 5th Edition is brewed using a combination of "hop burst" (implemented in the 4th Edition), in which a large amount of hops are added at the end of the boiling process, and "dry hopping" (implemented in the 3rd Edition), in which hops are added to the aging tank to add flavor. The result is a beer that remains pleasant to drink, with a wonderful balance of elegant aroma and pleasant bitterness. (Incidentally, Tokyo Blonde 4th Edition was only sold by the keg.)

The third edition of Tokyo White also brings out the character of the aroma hop Nelson Sauvin, resulting in a beer that allows you to enjoy a sharper, more concentrated hop aroma.
