Far Yeast releases limited edition "Tokyo Blonde 70" barrel!

Far Yeast is pleased to announce the release of a limited edition barrel of Tokyo Blonde 70.
"Tokyo Blonde 70" is brewed using the "hop burst" method, which involves adding a large amount of hops at the end of the boiling process, resulting in an unusually bitter beer with an IBU* of over 70, which is rare for a pilsner-style beer. Although it has a high IBU, the character of the hops used, Nelson Sauvin, gives it a clean bitterness and a gorgeous aroma that can be enjoyed.
*IBU: International Bitterness Units. A measure of bitterness levels.
This "Tokyo Blonde 70" will be shipped in a limited quantity of 30 barrels. There are no plans to sell it in bottles.
The fourth edition of Far Yeast's Tokyo Blonde, which will be completed by blending a small amount of Tokyo Blonde 70 as the base, will be available in both kegs and bottles from mid-September. Please look forward to it.
