Far Yeast 's new Tokyo-themed beer lineup, Far Yeast Tokyo White, will be released on Wednesday, May 28th. (*Draft beer is shipped first, so some restaurants may be able to enjoy it before the release date.) Inspired by the image of Tokyo, a glamorous city that evolves daily while blending tradition and cutting-edge technology, and based on the basic concept of Far Yeast, which values ​​sophisticated fragrance and freshness, this white ale-style beer is made using French Saison yeast, resulting in a fragrant, dry beer. Additionally, the first edition of the pilsner-style "Far Yeast Tokyo Blonde," released in April, sold out, and the second edition will begin shipping on May 27th. While maintaining the same light and refreshing taste, the aroma hop content has been significantly increased compared to the first edition, resulting in a more vibrant aroma. Prior to the release of Far Yeast Tokyo White, a preview party will be held on Friday, May 23rd. Additionally, from May 23rd until the 25th, advance tasting sales will also be held at Le Collier Marunouchi, a bubbles-themed liquor and food store located in GRANSTA inside Tokyo Station.
