January 19, 2014: Announcement of "Lovely Cheese" x "KAGUA" Cheese Seminar & Tasting Event

A marriage of specially selected cheese served in international first class and "KAGUA" (plus domestic wine)!

A cheese seminar will be held under the theme of "Japanese Taste," hosted by "Food Showroom Pals," a Roppongi, Tokyo, organization that promotes truly delicious and valuable products. The lecturer will be Miwa Kodaira, a certified cheese professional with a deep knowledge of domestic natural cheeses. Having traveled to farms across Japan, met producers face-to-face, and sampled a wide variety of domestic cheeses, Kodaira has carefully selected the domestic natural cheeses for the audience to enjoy.

Our CEO, Shiro Yamada, will also be joining us as a guest and will be tasting "KAGUA" to pair with the cheese. While cheese is often associated with wine, in countries such as Belgium, beer is also enjoyed with a variety of cheese styles. Please enjoy pairing it with cheese.
