Far Yeast Brewing has collaborated with Bicycle Coffee Tokyo, a natural roastery based in Oakland, USA, to create a limited edition Far Yeast Anaerobic Blonde, which will begin shipping on Friday, February 14, 2025.

■This marks our 10th collaboration with Bicycle Coffee Tokyo!
We have brewed a limited edition "Far Yeast Anaerobic Blonde" in collaboration with Bicycle Coffee Tokyo, a natural roastery based in Oakland, USA!

Our collaboration with Bicycle Coffee Tokyo has been an annual tradition since we first teamed up for Far Yeast Bicycle Coffee IPA in 2017, and this year marks our eighth year. Driven by our desire to explore the possibilities of coffee in a variety of styles, we have continued to take on the challenge of creating unique products, including coffee-based IPAs, saisons, golden ales, and Off Trail bread pale ales.
The 10th collaboration beer is themed around coffee beans that have undergone anaerobically fermented. The base beer, Golden Ale, is exquisitely matched with the berry and red wine flavors derived from anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a beer that overturns the conventional concept of coffee beer.

"Far Yeast Anaerobic Blonde" will be available for purchase in limited quantities on the Far Yeast Brewing official web store from 12:00 on Friday, February 14th. Shipments to beer bars, restaurants, and liquor stores nationwide will begin sequentially from Friday, February 14th, and shipments from the Far Yeast Brewing official online store will begin sequentially from Monday, February 17th.
