To provide the gourmet burgers, we have enlisted burger researcher and CEO of Yellows Co., Ltd., Tomohiko Shirane, and gourmet burger pioneer Seita Yoshizawa to oversee menu development and cooking.
In addition to standard hamburgers that allow you to enjoy the rich flavor of the meat, the burgers will also include cheeseburgers and avocado burgers. The smash method, in which the patty is pressed down on a hot plate and cooked, creates a crispy exterior and a texture that allows the juices to flow out from the inside when you bite into it. The spicy patty, made with multiple spices, is a perfect match with our craft beer. The buns are specially made by Itoda Pan in Takasago, Fukuoka Prefecture. In addition to using local ingredients, as a craft beer maker, they will also blend in malt lees, which is sure to pair well with the beer.
