We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.
We are pleased to announce that some cans of "Far Yeast Farm to Brew 2024" sold by Far Yeast Brewing Co., Ltd. have been found to have abnormal carbon dioxide pressure (gas pressure higher than our company's standards). Due to concerns about the following impacts, we will be voluntarily recalling the affected products.
■ Major concerns: ・Distortion and expansion of the top and bottom of the can ・Possibility of overflow when opening ・Excessive foaming when pouring into a glass
The cause of this may have been a defect in our tank cleaning process or main fermentation process, and we will continue to investigate the cause further. Additionally, no abnormalities in the flavor or aroma of this product have been found.
We sincerely apologize to our customers and business partners for the great concern and inconvenience this has caused. We will strive to further strengthen our quality control system to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
