We've collaborated with BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO, a natural roastery based in Oakland, USA, to create a limited edition Far Yeast Bicycle Coffee Stout!

Our collaboration with BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO has been an annual tradition since we first teamed up for Far Yeast Bicycle Coffee IPA in 2017, and this year marks our eighth year. Driven by our desire to explore the possibilities of coffee in a variety of styles, we have continued to take on the challenge of creating unique products, including coffee-based IPAs, saisons, golden ales, and Off Trail bread pale ales .
For their ninth collaboration beer, they took on the challenge of creating a classic coffee stout, using the classic coffee beer stout as a base and infusing it with coffee beans blended and roasted at "BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO." After infusing several different blends, they settled on a well-balanced blend of 60% Mexican, 25% Ethiopian, and 15% Guatemalan beans, primarily medium-roasted, with a rich roasted aroma and clear flavor. By combining this with a dry stout characterized by its clean finish, roasted malt flavor, and slightly bitter notes, they've created a dark beer with a light, refreshing flavor that complements the aromatic coffee.

Far Yeast Bicycle Coffee Stout will be available for purchase in limited quantities on the Far Yeast Brewing official web store from 12:00 on Tuesday, September 17th. Purchases on the official web store and shipments to beer bars, restaurants, and liquor stores nationwide will begin sequentially from Wednesday, September 18th.
