Far Yeast Brewing will be releasing a limited-edition Far Yeast Acid House Double Dry Hopped Sour IPA on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, to cater to summer beer demand and offer a diverse range of styles.

Last year, Far Yeast Brewing brewed its first sour IPA, "Sour Holic." By challenging ourselves with a variety of styles beyond the most popular IPA and proposing them to beer fans, we hope to embody our mission of "Democratizing Beer - bringing back the diversity and richness of beer."

"Acid House Double Dry Hopped Sour IPA " uses "Capri" yeast, characterized by tropical esters, and "Elani" hops, characterized by aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and guava, to create a sour yet drinkable beer. Five types of hops are used and dry-hopped twice to achieve a tropical and juicy flavor without the need for additional ingredients. The smooth mouthfeel from four types of malt and the gentle acidity from lactic acid bacteria make this a sour beer that's drinkable.
This refreshing beer is perfect for daytime drinking in the coming season, and will add a refreshing touch to hearty dishes like BBQ.

"Far Yeast Acid House Double Dry Hopped Sour IPA" will be available in limited quantities on the Far Yeast Brewing official web store from 12:00 on Tuesday, May 21st. Purchases on the official web store and shipments to beer bars, restaurants, and liquor stores nationwide will begin sequentially from Wednesday, May 22nd.
