The fourth product in the Off Trail -Azeotrope Malt Gin Distiller's Choice line of authentic barrel-aged malt gin (hereinafter referred to as Distiller's Choice), Off Trail -Azeotrope Malt Gin Distiller's Choice "delta" (hereinafter referred to as "delta " ), will be available for limited sale from Tuesday, January 23, 2024.

"Distiller's Choice" is a genuine barrel-aged malt gin series launched in March 2023 by "Off Trail -Azeotrope," a brand challenging itself to create innovative distilled spirits. Beer-based spirits are aged in multiple barrels, and the distiller himself tastes each one, considering the type of blend and composition before selecting the barrels to be used for the final product. This line is symbolic of the brand's theme of "once in a lifetime . "

The fourth in the series, "delta," is a cask-aged gin that pursues the unique flavor of cask aging and the expression of fresh juniper berries.
The main raw spirit used in this beer is the beer distilled spirits of our regular beer "KAGUA" in Belgium , distilled and aged for 27 months. After aging in red wine barrels, the raw spirit, which had a strong berry character, was removed from the barrel and excess aromas were removed to bring out a strawberry jam-like aroma. A peated gin aged in whiskey barrels for 20 months was blended to add sweetness and body. Furthermore, a young raw spirit with three times the usual amount of juniper berries was added.
This product incorporates the best of both mature and youthful raw spirits, resulting in a rich flavor that expresses the various characters of the raw spirits depending on the temperature and the passage of time.

" Off Trail - Azeotrope Malt Gin Distiller's Choice "delta" " will be available in limited quantities on the Far Yeast Brewing official web store from 12:00 on Tuesday , January 23rd. It will be available to restaurants and liquor stores nationwide from Wednesday, January 24th, and orders made on the web store will begin shipping sequentially from Friday, January 26th.
