Far Yeast Brewing will be releasing a limited edition "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT Pretty Sweet" from the "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.

The "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" is a project launched at the end of 2019 by a group of craft beer-loving professionals from various fields, including brewers, fashion, graphic designers, and architectural designers. Based on the concept of "craft beer x creativity x entertainment," the project has released a series of original, cutting-edge products, and this season they will be delivering even more products that will surprise and excite inquisitive beer geeks.

Since spring 2022, we have been releasing multiple IPAs aimed at the core craft beer fan base seeking a satisfying beer, but this time, we are introducing the ultimate hazy IPA that "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" is aiming for. With a tropical and fruity aroma from the robust hops and a rich, sweet flavor and mouthfeel, this triple hazy IPA is satisfying to drink, yet doesn't feel like it's high in 10% alcohol. You'll find yourself wanting more and more.

The hops are primarily Mosaic, with generous amounts of Citra, Idaho 7, and Galaxy. The latest yeast, "Capri," produces sweet, juicy esters, maximizing the tropical and fruity aromas. The wheat malt and oats add a soft, pleasant texture, resulting in a sweet flavor.

In order to differentiate itself from the "Far Yeast" series, which is based on a beautiful and sophisticated concept, "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT Pretty Sweet" is a hazy and high-alcohol drink. It will be available for general sale from Wednesday, October 26th, and pre-orders will begin on our online store from 1:00 PM on Tuesday, October 18th.
