The popular "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" IPA series is now offering a tropical East Coast style beer! "Virtual Insanity DDH East Coast IPA / TDH East Coast IPA" will be released on Saturday, August 27th.

FarYeast Brewing will release the 12th installment of the "NIGHTWATCH PROJECT," " NIGHTWATCHPROJECT Virtual Insanity DDH East Coast IPA (Nightwatch Project Virtual Insanity Double Dry Hop East Coast IPA)" and " NIGHTWATCH PROJECT Virtual Insanity TDH East Coast IPA (Nightwatch Project Virtual Insanity Triple Dry Hop East Coast IPA)" on Saturday, August 27, 2022.

The "NIGHT WATCH PROJECT" is a project launched at the end of 2019 by a group of craft beer-loving professionals from various fields, including brewers, fashion, graphic designers, and architectural designers. Based on the concept of "Craft Beer x Creativity x Entertainment," the project has released a series of original, edgy products, such as "Hotcake Hazy IPA," "DAB CBD Hazy IPA," and "Cherry Tart Milkshake IPA." This season, the project aims to deliver even more surprises and excitement to inquisitive beer geeks.

In our previous work, "Virtual Reality DDH West Coast IPA / TDH West Coast IPA," we reconstructed the classic West Coast IPA, which has recently become popular, in the NIGHT WATH PROJECT style to suit current trends. Following its popularity, we have delved deeper into the creation of a straight IPA without any secondary ingredients in this follow-up. We have created a fruity and juicy hazy IPA inspired by the East Coast.

The hops used are primarily varieties with sweet aromas reminiscent of tropical and citrus fruits. Made with wheat germ and oats, it has a hazy, smooth mouthfeel. A slight sweetness is retained, enhancing the tropical aroma of the hops. The aftertaste has a subtle, clean bitterness, which balances well with the sweet aroma of the hops.
Following on from the previous release, this release is also made using the DDH (double dry hopping) and TDH (triple dry hopping) methods, which significantly increase the amount of dry hopping, resulting in two different types of beer.
