The third limited edition of "Hop Frontier" offers a richer taste: "Far Yeast Hop Frontier -Double Juicy IPA-" to be released on Friday, July 22nd

Far Yeast Brewing will release "Far Yeast Hop Frontier -Double Juicy IPA-" as a limited special version of its new standard beer "Far Yeast Hop Frontier -Juicy IPA-" on Friday, July 22, 2022.

■ "Hop Frontier" maximizes hop aroma with a scientific approach

Hop Frontier, which was one of the first in Japan to put the latest hop theory and advanced brewing techniques into practice and maximizes the aromatic components of hops through a scientific approach, was added to Far Yeast Brewing's regular beer lineup in July 2021 and began brewing and selling year-round.

We focus on survivables, compounds that are retained during the brewing process and are said to create a strong aromatic impact in the finished beer. We explore brewing methods that effectively extract these aromatic compounds, striving to maximize the aroma of hops.

■ Double Juicy IPA with a richer aroma

Limited editions of "Hop Frontier" include "Far Yeast Hop Frontier -New World IPA-," which uses Oceanian hops, released in December 2021, and "Far Yeast Hop Frontier -New England IPA-," which uses low-attenuation yeast, released in February 2022.

This third release is a Double Juicy IPA that uses an even larger amount of hops. Based on the "Hop Froniter" brewing method, which maximizes aromatic compounds, it uses a large amount of Talus hops. By increasing the alcohol content, you can feel the full body, resulting in a beer that you can enjoy with a richer flavor.

This aromatic beer has a refreshing citrus aroma like grapefruit, accented with woody flavors and a sweet coconut scent.

" Far Yeast Hop Frontier -Double Juicy IPA-" will be available nationwide from Friday, July 22nd. Pre-orders will begin on the official online store from 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 19th. (Shipping will begin sequentially from Wednesday, July 20th.)
